The WDDS Board has worked hard to implement a plan for ensuring best practices that give our members full assurances for their health and safety while receiving in-person education.
Current WDDS cancellation policies will be in effect EXCEPT for instances related to COVID-19.
In the event that a course is cancelled because of COVID-19 related purposes, the WDDS will provide a full refund or credit for individual course purchases. For package purchasers, the cancellation of a full-day course related to COVID-19 will receive a 20 percent refund or credit.
If an in-person course is cancelled and a remote-learning option is made available, participants will also have the option for a course refund or credit.
Additionally, any course participation fees paid for a course cancelled because of COVID-19 will be fully refunded.
