Intro to All-on-4® Concept:

It has become a realistic goal and expectation of patients to never have to go without teeth at any time during their lifetime. The ability to provide patients with a full arch immediate restoration at the time of multiple extractions is a predictable and successful option. The All-on-4® treatment concept provides predictable rehabilitation of fully edentulous or soon-to-be edentulous patients with 2 tilted implants in the posterior region and 2 straight implants in the anterior region in either the maxilla or mandible. This procedure was developed to restore patients with a fixed esthetic and functional prosthesis in just one day and helps avoid more complex surgeries such as grafting procedures.

Educational Objectives:

  • Understanding the All-on-4® treatment concept
  • Establish a foundation to complete a successful case of All-on-4® treatment
  • History of the All-on-4® treatment
  • Explain the necessity for proper Treatment Planning
  • Identify the Importance of bone resorption
  • Identify the patient eligible for All-on-4® treatment
