In addition to these roles, she assists dentists with startup practices and practice transitions, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed for success.
As the leader of Adams Brown’s healthcare practice, Jennifer Allen leads a team of professionals who support the business operations of dental and physician practices. Most dentists and doctors didn’t go to school to deal with the business side of medicine, and that’s where Jennifer steps in. She helps them identify the parts of their business they need to know how to do, and the Adams Brown team handles the rest so they can do what they do best – focusing on patient care.
