Foreman Law and Adams Brown Leaders Legal and Tax Topics Important to Any Dentist

Total CEs: 3 credit hours

Matthew J. Agnew is a distinguished attorney specializing in healthcare and business law, with over a decade of experience advising numerous healthcare and business entities on regulatory compliance, mergers, acquisitions, and litigation strategies. His contributions to the legal field include numerous publications and presentations, further solidifying his role as a thought leader in healthcare and business law.

Dani Dinkel began her dental career as a dental assistant in 2008. She went on to become a dental hygienist before moving into operations management for a multi-location practice. Dani now serves as a Dental Practice Advisor at Adams Brown, where she helps clients focus on growth and efficiencies within their practice. In addition to these roles, she assists dentists with startup practices and practice transitions, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed for success.

As the leader of Adams Brown’s healthcare practice, Jennifer Allen leads a team of professionals who support the business operations of dental and physician practices. Most dentists and doctors didn’t go to school to deal with the business side of medicine, and that’s where Jennifer steps in. She helps them identify the parts of their business they need to know how to do, and the Adams Brown team handles the rest so they can do what they do best – focusing on patient care.

Sam Foreman is passionate about people, process, and constant improvement. As an M&A and business attorney, he loves solving complicated problems. The most important things to him are family, faith and community. He’s not big on doing things a certain way just because that’s how they’ve always been done.
